cancellation conditions

Most of our activities have a 24-hour free cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity starts and receive a full refund.

You will find all the information relating to the cancellation conditions for your reservation on your ticket. The cancellation conditions for your reservation depend on the activity organizer. The activity may be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable. All reservations that can be canceled will display a cancellation deadline on the site or your ticket.

Cancel the reservation

If you want to cancel your reservation within the scheduled cancellation deadlines, please enter your reservation reference and your confidential code in the tool below. You can find this information on your ticket.

You will receive your refund via the payment method used when booking. Please note that the transaction will take a minimum of 3 to 5 business days to appear on your card or account.

Cancellation by the organizer of the activity

In the exceptional case where the organizer of the activity cancels your reservation, we will do our best to offer you a replacement time slot, date or activity. If no options are available and/or none of them suit you, we will cancel and refund the full amount of your reservation.

If you have received a cancellation confirmation from us by email, your refund will automatically be processed using the same payment method that was used to book the activity. The amount should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
